All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. We carefully package each item to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your Yuki Ceramics pieces arrive safely. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but generally:

  • Domestic (USA): Transit time ranges from 2-5 business days, 

    depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • International: Currently available through our Etsy store. 

    Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs processing.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey to you!

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out, and we’ll assist in tracking your order.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring the safe delivery of your products.

4. Packaging & Sustainability
We use sustainable, eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure your order arrives safely and with minimal environmental impact. All packaging materials are recyclable.

5. International Shipping

6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues). We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to keep you updated.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft. Please reach out to the carrier directly for further assistance. We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns, and we’ll do our best to help.
